Packaging

The way of our discreet and safe packaging enables you to shop in our store in complete confidence. Our goods are wrapped properly with an extra care. Each glass item is firstly wrapped in bubble wrap, then put into a box, which is well padded with foamed flo-packs and then discreetly packed. The plain brown box or standard USPS Priority Mail Boxes with no graphics or text except for the shipping label. The shipping label contains your delivery address and a barcode, which represents your order number. USPS and UPS require us to have a return address label on your parcel.  Nothing will remotely resemble anything that has to do with our online shop.You don´t have to worry that your roomates or neigbours will find out what you bought.

Shipping

We understand the importance of bringing our customers fast, dependable shipping. We work hard to safely and securely ship your order with the least amount of wait time possible. Normally orders ship same business days (not including weekends and holidays). During sale times, order processing times can be delayed a day or two.

Dear customers, we would like to inform you about shipping options in our online smoke shop and provide you information about transit time, package tracking etc.

Our packages are being shipped all over the world, mostly to the USA, Canada,European Union etc. If your country is not listed among the states in the shopping cart, please contact us and ask whether we can ship to your place or not. We will not willingly send packages to the countries where import of our goods is prohibited or illegal. All packages are shipped as priority registered mail and your ID and signature is required upon delivery.

Available shipping methods in our online smoke shop

•DHL UPS Fedex International

Shipping cost is $39.00 for all USA countries, Canada and Europe.

Global courier delivery services as DHL UPS FEDEX for quick and professional delivery. Transit time to the USA and Canada is only 5-7 business days, to the EU countries up to 5 business days. DHL UPS FEDEX are available worldwide and transit time is much quicker than Registered International Mail. These priority packages are being dispatched every business day. Customer is usually informed about delivery time by a phone call from the courier in advance.

Tracking number is generated once the package is shipped and is sent to customer’s e-mail. Tracking information are very detailed along with estimated delivery time.

• Other Registered International Mail 

Shipping cost is $13 for all countries. This shipping is free with orders over $99!

USA, Canada and other countries except EU – transit time nowadays takes about 14-20 business days.
European Union – transit time is approximately 3-10 business days.

Packages are being delivered by regular postal services as USPS,DHL etc. Packages are dispatched every business day.

Tracking numbers are available and sent by e-mail in 1-2 business days. Tracking information are not detailed, customer can see the date of package acceptance and other basic information about the package movement.

Delayed packages

Due to current COVID-19 situation we would like to ask our customers for patience. We are doing our best to dispatch your orders as soon as possible, but as we do not provide shipping services ourselves, we can not influence any delays caused by actual situation all over the world.

Although this happens very rarely, if you don’t receive your package within 90 days since the posting day, please contact our customer support and we will make the necessary arrangements. If your package was lost, we will send you a replacement free of charge or issue a refund.

All products in stock and personalized orders

All glass products and smoking accessories available in our online smoke shop are present in our stock – ready to be shipped. In the case of temporary unavailability of goods, the customer is informed via e-mail about the prolongation of shipping time (it is not longer than a week, our glass blowers are doing their best to make glass masterpieces for you).

If you ordered or plan to order personalized bong or pipe with your own inscription, please be aware that making a custom piece takes our glass blowers 5-14 business days. So personalized orders are being dispatched once they are hand blown right for you.

All above terms and conditions are applied to retail business. if bulk orders or distributors or band owners orders, it will be all subject to other agreements signed by both parties(seller and buyer).
